Crush to Final Packaging
Monterey Wine Company programs can be all inclusive, from grapes to bottling, to simply providing pinpoint processing at any step along the way. Our strategically designed cellars, barrel rooms and integrated equipment provide for efficient, sanitary and quality minded systems for the natural progression of product aging and development.
Bottling
Our up-to-date program controlled bottling line affords levels of cost-conscious efficiency, while ensuring protection of varietal quality and product integrity. Line flexibility includes 187 ml to 1.5 liter size containers, standard cork or screw cap closure, pressure sensitive front, back, and neck capabilities, glued case closure, and flexible print and label application.
Compliance
Our experienced wine and material trackers work with The Winemaker’s Database for discreet record keeping and offer our help and guidance to understanding and procuring licensing/permits, registration of wine formulas and COLA approvals.

Is there a minimum case requirement?
We have a minimum 800 Case Production. Our facility can accommodate very large case volume, up to 1,000,000 cases per year per client.
What is the max amount that the crushpad can accommodate?
We have a 20,000 ton max tons per client.
